LABORATORY PROCEDURES
A.
Check-in
You will be given detailed instructions for check-in by your laboratory instructor at the start of the first
laboratory section.  You will check the equipment in your locker against the following list.  Please make
sure your glassware is completely free from chips or cracks.  If replacement items are required, please
see your laboratory instructor.
(NOTE:
The glassware and equipment provided throughout the course is very expensive.  Care must
be taken when working with it.  Students are responsible for any breakage and you will be charged
replacement costs.  There is a summary of the replacement costs of these items posted in your laboratory
or specific details will be given in the laboratory lecture.)
